About us

J.G. van der Valk Vastgoed was founded in 1987. We are a family business.

John van der Valk has many years of experience in the field of Project Development Architecture and Real Estate. He also shares his knowledge with others and is a welcome guest speaker, teacher / trainer at High Schools, Universities, Training Institutes and he provides internal education / training at companies and organizations.

Initially we limited ourselves to renting out our own real estate portfolio, which mainly consisted of furnished apartments that were rented out to (international) companies and organizations. Because the tenants were very satisfied with our approach and more and more people wanted to rent out their homes through us, we decided to expand our services as a real estate agent with the rental of houses from third parties to companies and organizations. This has had such a good result that we now have a well-run business and can count many large and well-known national and international companies and organizations among our clientele, which always use our services. We housed the people for the projects “De Rotterdam” - Rotterdam, Amadeus The Hague, E-On Centrale Maasvlakte, Doornroosje Nijmegen, Botlekbrug A Lanes 15 Hoogvliet, Booking.com Amsterdam.

The services also expanded throughout the years.

We provide more and more service to expats from companies and organizations, for example picking up and returning expats during viewings or picking up and bringing expats to and from the Airports Rotterdam - the Haque Airport and Schiphol.

In addition to real estate, Van der Valk Vastgoed has architectural and project development expertise, we advise many companies and organizations with their total housing issue. We are often called in to (temporarily) house an entire organization and are asked to help in the search for other, more suitable existing housing or the development of homes, office and / or industrial hall.
