Homes currently for sale are also eligible for this.

During the rental period, your house is off the market and you receive rent. Subsequently, after the rental period, you can have it listed again as a new listing in real estate search systems.

Renting out a house entails risks. It is therefore advisable to engage a reliable real estate agent who provides you with proper advice and is familiar with the rules and legislation in this field.

Van der Valk Vastgoed has been brokering this specific type of rental for over 40 years. That really says it all, because otherwise you wouldn't last this long.

We primarily rent to international companies and organizations that need to (temporarily) house their employees. These people are called expats and range from skilled tradespeople to executives.

We will add you to our database free of charge, and you only pay a commission if the property is rented out. However, we do expect you to inform us when you have sold or rented out the house.

How we work:

The admission can be handled in person, by telephone, or in writing. We offer you our years of experience free of charge.

We include your house in our database and list it on our website. Through marketing activities, your house is brought to the attention of reputable companies and organizations.

If a tenant selects your home, we will schedule a viewing and inform you of the result.

After the (potential) negotiations regarding the price and conditions, we will draw up the contract and arrange the check-in.
