Van der Valk Vastgoed specializes in the temporary rental and leasing of apartments and homes to companies and organizations.


Our selection ranges from a simple house to the most luxurious home you can imagine. Rents range between €800 and €5,000 per month, excluding costs.


We have no waiting lists. The houses are usually available immediately, so you can generally be housed quickly.


You can also come to us for a shorter period. We have options starting from 3 months.


Because we have over 30 years of experience and know the market like no other, you save a lot of time in your search for suitable accommodation.


Method:

Many options are listed on our website. The availability may vary daily. If you are interested in one or more houses, you can let us know via this website, by email, or by telephone.


We will contact you immediately and send you our checklist by email, which we would like to receive back completed. Based on the submitted checklist, we will assess whether you qualify for your desired property. The viewing can then take place here.


If necessary, expats are picked up from and dropped off at the company by an employee who is fluent in German, French, and English.


If the ideal house for you is not listed, you can give us a search request with your specifications. We will then look for the house that meets your specified requirements.

We work on a “No cure No pay” basis.
