Renting out a house involves risks. It is therefore advisable to hire a reliable broker who will inform you correctly and who is familiar with the rules and legislation in this field.


Van der Valk Vastgoed has been mediating in this specific rental for more than 30 years, so we can help you with all legal information to avoid any disputes.


We mainly rent to international companies and organizations that need to (temporarily) house their employees. These people are called expats and range from artisans to executives.


We will include you in our database free of charge and you only pay commission when your house is rented. We do expect you to inform us if you have sold or rented the house.


How do we work:


The admission can be handled in person, by telephone or in writing. We hereby offer you our many years of experience free of charge.


We will include your house in our database and list it on our website. By means of marketing activities, your house is brought to the attention of renowned companies and organizations.


When a tenant selects your house, we make an appointment for a viewing and inform you about the result.


After the (possible) negotiations about the price and conditions, we will draw up the contract and arrange the check-in.
