Van der Valk Vastgoed specializes in the temporary rental and rental of apartments and houses to companies and organizations.

Our offer varies from a simple house to the most luxurious house you can imagine. Rents are between € 800 and € 5000 per month excluding costs.

We do not have waiting lists. The houses are usually available immediately so that you can be housed quite fast.

You can also contact us if it concerns a shorter period. We already have rental options from 3 months onwards.

Because we have more than 30 years of experience and know the market like no other, you save a lot of time in your search for suitable housing.

Method:

Many options are listed on our website. The offer can vary per day. If you are interested in one or more houses, you can notify us via this website, by email or by telephone.

We will contact you immediately and send you our checklist by email, which you can complete and return to us. Based on the checklist provided we assess whether you are eligible for the home you want. The viewing can then take place.

Expats may be picked up from the company and returned by an employee who speaks German, French and English.

If the ideal house is not listed for you, you can inform us of your required specifications. We will then look for the house with the wishes you have specified.

We work on the basis of “No cure No pay”
