Houses that are currently up for sale can also be considered for temporary rental. Especially now, now the real estate market is stagnating, it might be wise to temporarily rent out your apartment or house instead of only trying to sell it. Especially if your house has been up for sale for a long time.

During the rental period your house will temporarily be off the market and you will receive rent. After the rental period you could put your house back on the market.

The renting out of a house could be a risk, that is why it would be advisable to use a reliable broker who will consult you correctly and is familiar with the rules and legislation in this particular area.

Van der Valk Vastgoed has already been mediating in the rental of properties for more than 25 years. Which basically says it all, as being a successful company for such period is no small feat.

We mainly rent out our properties to international companies and organizations who need to (temporarily) accommodate their employees. These employees are called ‘Expats’ and can differ from craftsmen to executives.

We will add your property to our system free of charge, and will only charge you a mediation fee once the property has actually been rented out.

How do we work?

Adding your property can be done in person, by telephone or by mail. We offer you our years of experience in this, free of charge.

We will add your property to our database and mention it on our website. Using marketing activities you property will be brought under the attention of renowned companies and organizations.

If a tenant selects your house, we will make an appointment for a viewing and will inform you of the outcome.

After the ( possible) negotiations about price and the conditions the contract will be drawn-up and the check-in will be arranged.
